This policy explains our delivery times, costs and procedures for orders sent within the United Kingdom. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.


📦 Production & Dispatch Times

All our laser‑engraved and sublimation‑printed items are made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping:

  • Standard production time: 3–7 working days from the date payment is confirmed

  • Proof approval: If a design proof is requested, production time will begin only once you have confirmed your approval

  • Busy periods: During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day), production times may extend slightly — we will notify you if this is the case

Once your item is ready, it will be dispatched within 1 working day.


🚚 Delivery Options & Costs

We deliver to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • All orders are sent via trusted UK couriers or Royal Mail

  • A tracking number will be provided where available, so you can follow your order’s progress

  • Please ensure you provide a full and accurate delivery address, including any access codes or instructions

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with details for redelivery or collection from your local depot


⏱️ Delays & Issues

  • While we aim to meet all estimated times, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control — such as postal strikes, bad weather, or courier network issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery service itself, but we will help you track and resolve any issues as quickly as possible

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate


❌ Undelivered & Returned Orders

  • If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because you failed to collect it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery

  • Redelivery fees will be charged to cover the cost of sending it again

  • If you choose to cancel the order instead, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original delivery charge and any return handling fees

This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and replacements. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with UK consumer legislation.


1. About Our Products

All laser‑engraved and sublimation‑printed items are made to order and personalised to your exact specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom‑made and personalised goods are not eligible for return or refund if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong item, or no longer require it.


2. When Returns & Refunds Are Accepted

We will accept returns and issue a full refund, replacement, or correction only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective

  • There is an error in the text, design, spelling, or layout caused by us

  • The item you receive does not match the order you confirmed and agreed to

How to return an item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the item and its packaging

  • We will confirm the return address and instructions once we have reviewed your details

  • Items must be returned securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit

  • We will cover all return postage costs if the issue is our responsibility


3. When Returns & Refunds Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • You cancel your order after production has already started

  • You provide incorrect details (spelling, dates, measurements, etc.) and have approved the final design or proof

  • The item is damaged, altered, or shows signs of use after delivery

  • The item is damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care

  • You fail to collect your delivery, and it is returned to us — in this case, we may deduct original delivery and return handling fees before processing any refund


4. How Refunds & Replacements Work

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome within 2 working days

  • If approved, we will either:

    ✅ Send a replacement item as quickly as possible, or

    ✅ Process a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–5 working days, though this can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider
